Sepečides Romani belongs to the Balkan group, more specifically to the Southern Balkan group. It is the dialect of the basket-weavers of northern Greece (Volos) and Turkey (Izmir). The data in the Sepečides Romani glossary in ROMLEX originates from the variety spoken in Turkey.
